I then explained to him what happened and what I needed and he helped me get the battery and also was able to install it into my car in a short time! I had gone to other Autozones in the nearby area and they were not able to assist me with installing the battery but Vern did not hesitate. He is awesome and honestly seems like he just wants to help! Thank you so much for helping me and being so nice and respectful!
