  We called Autozone to get a price qoute on what we thought we needed (we had already called 2 other parts stores in the area) After speaking with Michael, we learned that we were likely needing something entirely different. As luck would have it, we arrived right as he was getting off work, and he actually helped us change the part before he went home. My Son had just got this truck the day before, and after Michael helped switch out the part, him and another employee Matthew looked over the truck with admiration, general information on the make/model, and advice on things to keep his eye on. They were both personable, knowledgeable and truly added to the excitement of my Son owning his first vehicle. We'll definitely be lifelong customers of Autozone solely because of these 2 guys!

  Nolan is so experienced and helpful! We had to make a quick pitstop late at night to get a new headlight and my partner and I don't have any idea what we're doing so he patiently led us through what we should do to fix the light! The light is fixed and we are back on the road!!! Wonderful customer experience thank you Nolan!!!!!!

  I usually just go to the mechanic but they seem to know what they are talking about and that's always great when dealing with ones very personal things like a car and the safety of someone's lives ones

  My truck was running very ruff. Went to Festus AutoZone. l told an employee named Michael, what was going. He ran code on my check engine lite and told me what was wrong. He asked me how far did l have to drive home, l told him and he said that was way to far to drive, without damaging my engine. I told him l guess l will have to have the truck trolled. I couldn't believe what he did after he finished his work day and had clocked out. After l brought the parts l needed, Michael, with no questions ask immediately, fixed my truck and said he was just happy to be of help. And was glad l would have a safe trip home. Auto Zone should be proud of Michael and other employees like him. These type of employees are heros to customers like myself. A women in her 70's that would have been stranded, if a person like Michael. Thank you again Michael, you are an angel in disguise. 😊
