  No atienden bien y siempre están bostezando y no actualizan su página web, me hicieron ir a 3 sucursales por un multímetro que supuestamente en la web si habían, y al buscarlos no los tenían 👎

  This morning I came in looking for locking lug nuts. Your team member greeted me and jumped right into finding me the right set of locking lugs. He even let me use his personal tools to swap out the lugs. Every time I go in to this location its always pleasant with all team members. Shout out to Deon thanks for everything and making morning easy.

  The store manager who was working the early morning shift between 10-11 on tiesday may 13th- has no idea what she is doing. I purchased a battery online and i already made the decision to pick a different battery similar but different battery size that would still fit in my vehicle. The battery size is not that much different and the sizing was not an issue. But reguardless i made the decision to purchase a different battery size than what is normally used in my vehicle. I go to the store to pickup the battery and so she hands me the battery ivpurchased. I go and take it to the car. I come back with my old battery. She starts this rabbit hole of ideas that i purchased the wrong battery because its a different size. She tells me the battery sizs i purchased is not the battery size i need. Which i already know. And this wouldnt have been a problem at all until things take a turn at this pointm if she knew what she wqs communicating we couldve gotten around this. But i knew that my vehicle fits size 47 and 96r. She goes on to tell me i was pyrchasing size H4 whoch wasnt a BATTERY SIZE i was fmailiar with. So based off the information she gave me , thinking i have actually ourchased the wrong part, i allow her to make a refund. Which is now going to be held for 2-3 business days in which that time using the same battery i never got to replace, might just cause my alternator to fail. After figuring out my money will be held for 2-3 business days i check my receipt JUST to find out this lady had no idea what she was talking about when she said i was ourchasing GROUP SIZE H7 because that was completely untru, that was actually litterally just a part of the part number and she wasnt even communicating an actual group size. What does my receipt say? That i was ourchasing group size 47. Like i intended. I called and she had the audacity to argue that im the one that noted that the battery was the wrong size. Through the beginning stages of this entire situation j litterally did not have a problem with the transaction and was almost happy to leave the store with my brand nee battery until she stipped me and said" oh wait hold on lets see if this battery fits your car because it looks like a different size, oh yeah see this says size H7" i cannot understand why people are hired for things they cant do in a place like this
