    After a very frustrating 2 day experience with O'REILLY Auto on the phone and to trips to the store I called Auto Zone this morning. Ody answered the phone. I asked if she could help me with replacing a bulb for my headlight. She asked make, model and year of my vehicle. She checked to see if she had the bulb in stock. Yes she had what I needed. I then asked if someone would be able to replace it for me. A big ask, I thought. She told me to stop by and she would look at it to see if it was something she could do. After I got off work I drove straight there. I saw Ody, I told her I was the one who called this morning. She immediately walked out to my car removed the dead bulb. Walked back in got the correct replacement bulb rang me up at the register went back to my vehicle and installed it. I was blown away with with her professionalism, knowledge and ability to just get the job done. I hope her supervisor sees this review. You have got an excellent employee in Ody. By the way I'm a 74 year old female who worked in retail for 20 years. I'm so thrilled to have had this extraordinary customer service experience. Unfortunately, it's a rarity these days. This was my first time doing business with AutoZone. I will definitely be back. And I've shared me fabulous experience with a couple of friends already. O'REILLY's employee didn't even walk out and look under my hood. He looked on Google and then told me they didn't have the tools to do the job.
