Nonetheless the staff is friendly & helpful and thus far they have always had the parts I need. The reps are able to look up the correct parts for our vehicles even when I don't know if my husband's vehicle is LTE or whatever. Last visit the rep walked out to my car in the rain to check. Also there is rarely a line.
