Charged it enough to get to the store where Randy S. explained the differences in batteries and then installed it, with a bit of help from us. Then he helped identify and replace some corroded fuses. Randy, thanks for your expertise and helpfulness in getting us back on the road in a timely fashion!

I explained my power outlet and wiper fluid is not working and I wanted a kit to see if it was a fuse problem before I do anything else! He was rude and when I got a attitude and when I was walking out he told me they aren't a repair shop! I didn't ask him to do anything but help me get the right fuse kit because there are so many! I will be taking this to the district manager and corporate! I have never once had any problems with Auto Zone! I will never use this store again!!!
