No because it wasn't "their department". I know if there are 8 employees walking around talking at least one of them could have helped me. It would have taken no more than 3 minutes. I waited an hour for roadside assistance while the guy who was "too busy" stood outside and smoked.Terrible customer service, I'm glad I didn't spend my money there now.
