  The manage Michael was wonderful! Another employee sent me to a mechanic for the battery change, but Michael stepped in, determined battery was dead and replaced it! Thank you!!

  Went in to get new windshield wipers. Employee only sold me one in a package that looked like it should have been 2. Then told me he didn't know how to change them.

  EDIT: Since my initial review, the store manager, Mike, reached out directly to address the below concerns with the shift manager. Mike's prompt attention and connection with a disastified customer demonstrated professionalism and excellent customer service. ****** 5 stars to customer service by Lilliana. She went over and beyond. She was kind, knowledgeable about a headlight product and swiftly located the filter we needed. 0 stars to the store manager who before Lilliana stepped in, blew us off on two separate occassions by helping 2 customers who requested the assistance after us- 1 was over the phone! She located the product in under 1 minute whereas the manager walked around several isles unable to locate before taking the phone call. Visit was on 9/13/25 at approximately 4:15 pm

  I was there on Tuesday around 1:30 to get windshield wipes and a battery check. It ended up pouring so I decided to leave and my car wouldn’t start. The employees there went above and beyond to help me. I believe the ones name was Jaida. There was also another young woman and man helping. They tried jumping my car with a battery and when that didn’t work, she had my car jumped by hers. A mechanic also stopped by and took a look as well. So thankful they were able to get it started (especially since I had a 2 year old with me) even though it was raining on and off.
