  I had a battery replacement done at the Wintersville location, and Randy was the tech who handled it. From the start, his people skills stood out—friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. He worked on my car like it was his own, with care and precision. You can tell he’s smart and mechanically sharp. Randy is the kind of asset who treats customers right and takes pride in his work.   I like this location. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Also kind and respectful. The younger gentlemen (sorry I didn’t get your name) he helped me with an oil issue I was having right after getting it changed. Thank you again so very much. This review can’t express my gratitude.
