- NNNSMMay 26, 20252.0Just went there to get a blub for my car, that they gave me the wrong bulb for it, because they didn't have the right size and model for it, that they sent me to the other autozone next to Walmart, and they managed to help me to get the right bulb for it to fix it good as new. I didn't get my refund for the wrong bulb that they gave me especially they threw away the box. Those employees, especially the young ones, really did not help me at all, especially, they weren't trained about every information for every car & their companies that needs the right light bulb sizes & models. I'm just terribly extremely disappointed with the service. Autozone these issues over there immediately. 🤦♂️ Should have got a refund.
