After only 3 months of a garage installing a wheel bearing/hub on my Ram 2500, the wheel studs snapped and it destroyed my wheel. I am now going on week 3 without my vehicle due to the lackadaisical directives of the back office. Upon contacting them after the 2nd week, their resulting answer was "I was on vacation and didn't have time" mind you they had this information prior. Upon calling the garage, who by the way is a great garage to deal with, he explained now Auto Zone put the ball in his court to handle the damages. In my opinion this is AZ's issue to handle not the garages which only elongated this process of me still not having my vehicle. AZ sells the parts and they produce adds for these parts as being the ones you need to buy but when disaster strikes, they simply drag their feet as the customer stands by. Now, if the wheel would have flew off at a higher rate of travel someone could have been injured or killed, perhaps that would have made them resolve a bit faster. Either way, I'm writing this poor review for the less than acceptable customer service received when they approach people about their failing parts. There is a strong possibility of counsel involved in this situation and I refuse to accept anything more than positive results which obviously isn't in the scope of AZ support staff. You have lost my business for a lifetime over this. Additionally, I understand the underlying issues with working through many channels in corporate to get results, this situation is not the one you draw out through single made cookie cutter answers. Simply unbelievable.
