  The battery in my van wasn’t holding a charge, so I went to AutoZone to have it tested. Jamee helped me out and confirmed the battery was bad. He helped me pick out the right replacement and even installed it for me. Professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. Great service!

  Any time I have a problem where I need a second opinion, I'll stop in to the nearest Auto Zone. A few days ago I had voltage drop in my RAM 1500. Long story short, I replaced the alternator and made a trip the the VA in Pittsburgh. On my return home, my voltage started to drop again. I headed to the closest AutoZone. That was at 2403 Freeport, Pittsburgh, PA. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and was given assistance to my problem. After troubleshooting the problem Tom, my salesman, said the " Battery Fusible Fuselink Compatible" was damaged. This AutoZone did not have it in stock. Tom and the store Manager were going call Advance Auto to see if they had one. But, Tom and the manager looked for an alternative. They found a different one and helped me install it. The truck started right up and gave me 14volts. This is the main reason I shop at AutoZone for the great service I always receive. After their help, I was on my 2 hour trip back home. I would also like to add, traveling with our RV, I always find the same professional and personal service at every AutoZone shop.
