Even sadder than the $50 cancellation fee for the doctor's appointment was the fact that I had a brand-new battery in my trunk without a way to install it. My daughter jumped my car, and mentioned that AutoZone would install my battery for FREE. Enter Emma! I was in and out in 15 minutes. She was kind and knowledgeable, and I was so very grateful for her help. Honestly, it was the best part of my day. Thank you, Emma!

In the system it was saying there was no warranty and that nothing was under my phone number even with proof of purchase. I watched Emma the store manager work her magic and was able to override the system to get me my money back. Amazing customer service. Friendly workers. Both employees on had upbeat and positive attitudes. I will continue to do my business with them as long as Emma is here!!
- CKChristopher KuraltJul 22, 20255.0From Spfld Mass was at Misquamicut Beach my battery light popped on so I went to route 1 store Saturday around 5:30 pm 7-19-2025 I believe....talked with gentleman he came outside check my battery alternator and a few other things I mentioned it was shifting a little different thinking it was the alternator dyingit was the transmission fluid that was low so thank you for the gentleman at the Westerly Rhode Island store bought a bottle of transmission fluid sat in the parking lot for a couple minutes engine light went off got home safely thank you again Christopher
