The employees are very friendly and helpful, always double checking everything in the computer to compare parts pictures to whatever broken junk i brought in looking to replace lol. The store is well-stocked, and for custom parts orders, their delivery is surprisingly fast. Often like very next day. Warranty process on duralast (AutoZone brand) parts, sockets and tools is super easy and painless. Prices are fair when double checking parts prices against Oreily and Advanced. Highly recommend this location.

So I had a bad battery and went on my lunch break to the autozone in Pensacola, and then to Advance Auto Parts Milton later that day and one told me they could not put the battery in for me because of its location toward my windshield, and the other told me my battery was fine when they hooked it up to machine and that I had a parasitic draw from somewhere and would need to go elsewhere…… let me add that it was sprinkling at the time of these encounters. I went to AutoZone Milton next day as a friend told me they have a battery in same location as mine and they changed hers- and Richard came to the rescue!! Let me add that it was also sprinkling that day as well, and also, when I jumped off my car that morning to get it up there, there was an AWFUL ROTTEN EGG/SULFUR SMELL because my battery had EXPLODED by this time and there was battery acid all over the place! Richard got the old batttery out, had to spray neutralizer everywhere to neutralize the acid so it didn’t eat and corrode my car, and then he cleaned everything with water thoroughly making multiple trips in and out and then put my new battery in for me!! In the rain! Thank you Richard, for being a REAL MAN and not some sniveling little sissy boy that thinks he’s one. Milton AutoZone will be my spot thanks to Richard! May you be blessed sir!
