He explained the warranty and helped fill up my windshield fluid. He was patient and understanding for having a novice car owner like me. I can't praise his help enough. Refused to do a battery installation that would have took 5 minutes, and was very rude while interacting with customers. I purchased the battery at this location after the sales associate said that Brandon would assist with installation. After the purchase, Brandon refused to do so. Therefore, I drove down the street to O’Reily Auto Parts where an amazing associate assisted me with my battery install free of charge and free of attitude. I drove back to Autozone to submit my old battery for the credit. The associate needed a password to log on the system, guess what? Brandon was hiding from us and we were waiting for about 10 minutes until he felt like coming out from the back of the store.
