He was in need of a new battery & we have a ford explorer so getting to the battery was a bit of a hassle compared to most. Eric jumped right in and stayed out in the cold with my husband until he got the battery switched out. The next time you go to AutoZone ask for Eric he is amazing!

Three people were walking around and nobody stopped to say. Can I help you? Can I help you check out and one of them was the manager. This is terrible. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.
