  I stopped in to this shop the other evening bc my rental car key fob’s battery was low and I was worried I wouldn’t make it to BWI late that night before it died. The men working there were so helpful and worked on it until it was functioning properly. It’s really difficult to take apart so it took a while and they only charged me for the battery and no labor. I was thrilled and very relieved. Such great service :)) Thank you, thank you!! 🙏🙏

  The store at 1069 Lincoln Hwy E in Chambersburg, PA will never again have the satisfaction of my patronage. My car overheated, and these people didn't even want to give me water, so I could get my car home (about 3 miles). I truly believe, had I not purchased a thermostat, that they would not have let me have water. WATER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! Is that some kind of joke. You have to buy merchandise to get water for an overheated car. Then, I went to McDonalds next door. They gave me two cups of water for an empty radiator. Is that some kind of joke too? Not everybody on this planet has an endless dispensary of money, like some other, more prominent named families in the area. What happened to empathy, sympathy, or actually caring about something besides yourself. I am absolutely appalled, and can without doubt say, neither of these two businesses will ever be graced with my patronage. I hope that others will see this post and take their business elsewhere, to the point these two have to literally close their doors.

  Sadly the female they have working answering calls is unprofessional , we were calling about an issue that was pretty serious and she laughed when we didn’t hear what she said and he asked what something was . She mocked and laughed . Felt disrespected and like she was goofing off , well we ended up not purchasing anything there . Waynesboro autozone has very helpful people.
