Being that I am a single woman by myself I am very conscientious about my car and when any sensor lights come on I have things checked out right away. I went in and there is a larger gentleman (I'm not sure how else to wear that and I'm not being mean I think his name is Sawyer but I can't quite remember and I'm not being mean). He asked what I needed and I told him my check engine light to come on and asked if they could check it for me. He acted as if I almost inconvenience him. They were not busy at the moment and if they had it been busy I was more than willing to wait. He then found found out what the code was and walked back into the store which I followed him. I stood there while I waited for the machine to determine what was wrong with my car. I stood there and he spun the machine around and said there you go. It is the canister purge valve. He then printed it out and hand it to me no further explanation. I felt like I was complete bother coming into the store at all. Normally when I've come in in the past to have a code checked this time they did not. I'm almost afraid to go back down and ask them to clear it for me. I work for 40 years in customer service before I retired in 2020 and I would never treat a customer like that I was solely disappointed
