I send one of my customer to there to buy a alternator I installed in my shop and in the next day they said the car stoped in the street. They have a AAA account and they send the car to my shop. I charged the battery and when I run the scanner they give a fault p0636. Anyway that guy who they call Brandon and answer the phone telling me he is a manager of that unit. He said he run the alternator in his machine but the machine said it’s ok and I ask him why my scanner saying it’s bad? Start talk like I don’t know what I do. Asking if I’m a mobile mechanic and if not what’s is the name of the shop. I told him the name of the shop and address and he just answer me idk what shop is. And I answer him back you should know what shop is? I’m telling you the code is showing in my scanner. I just told him if you can’t change the part on the warranty it’s possible if you refund the customer for he can go buy in another place? And he said no. I said ok that’s fine o will the the customer to ask for the refund on the bank if you guys don’t want to get the part with defect back and refund him. That’s the picture of my scanner!
