- TBtony byrdJun 14, 20251.0This place is a joke. Purchased a tool that wouldn't fit the clamps it was suppose to. Returned the tool, but I had lost the receipt. Showed the manager the date of purchase on my phone app. but he said he couldn't find it in their system. He tried to make me take a merchandise card instead of returning the money to the bank card I had used to purchase the tool with. They must need that $42 way more than I do. I'll never step foot in this place again. He needs to learn some computer skills,if I provided him with the date of purchase. That was the first excuse he gave thinking I couldn't figure out the date of purchase, then when I did, he changed his tune and still couldn't find it.
