This issue resulted in the staff having their hands tied in how they can take care of their customers. Apparently they only have 2 ways they can process returns, either back to the physical card used on the purchase, or store credit. This is unacceptable and must be corrected. Corporate should know I will not be coming back to purchase anything ever again returns must be made customer friendly. Customer accommodations are apparently not your forte. Do better.
