  We were in a tough spot when our trailer broke down on the expressway and couldn’t find the parts we needed anywhere. After visiting five different locations with no luck, we finally came here — and Nate absolutely saved the day! He went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed and back on the road. You can truly tell he has a passion for his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Exceptional service and dedication — thank you, Nate!

  AutoZone is usually my go-to for parts, but this visit was just okay. I came in needing a battery and some help with installation. The staff wasn’t rude, but they didn’t seem very eager to assist either. It took a while before someone acknowledged me, and I had to ask twice to get help. Once someone did assist, they got the job done, but it felt rushed. Store layout is fine, and inventory was decent, but a few basic items were out of stock. I’ve had better service at other locations, so this one could definitely improve on attentiveness. 🧰 Purchased: car battery & air filter 👨‍🔧 Staff: minimal engagement 🛠️ Inventory: okay, some items missing 📍 Overall: 3/5 — decent store, but not very helpful this visit

  My husband went in to get a headlight driver module relay for my car and the guy that waited on him had no clue what he was looking for and then told my husband that "they don't sell those sorry". Btw Advanced Auto thank you for helping us and not having an employee out front smoking at the entrance
