Horrible to deal with the incompetence of Raquel Quintero (store manager) If you can even say that. Mis information , not knowledgeable on store warranties Vs's manufacturer warranties. Worst experience ever. Do not shop here!

Felt sorry for the worker. He was the only one at the counter and running the register too. His attitude was his own though. He acted like he didn't want to be working at all. Definitely didn't want to be bothered with customers. I needed a windshield wiper for a Prius C. He annoyed asked which one and rattled off a bunch of numbers. He wants me to get the wiper blade. So out I go. Can't figure out how to get the blade off. I'm out there for awhile. A customer from inside the store who heard the employee offered to remove the blade for me. Now I know how to replace them. Going back into the store there is a longer line. I have the wiper blade in hand and pick up an AC recharge for my dad. The employee is treating every customer like he did me. I walked up to the counter while the lady in front of me was being served seat the AC recharge on the counter left and drove to O'Reillys on Anaheim and got great service from someone who wanted to be at their job.

Twice already i gave my batteries to recharge after being told that they were good, and to come back in an hour. I go back, both times, and both times the employees forgot to put my battery on the charger. Hard work? Or hardly working?
