I would like to think that an organization as large as Autozone would have an assistant manager driving business away by his poor attitude! I am helping a friend with a car battery that is under warranty and will not start the vehicle . I am positive the battery is no good and Freddy will not warranty this battery . I had to call a district manager to get this resolved. I wonder how many people have to go through this ?!!!!! I can see that Freddy is personally driving business away with his poor customer service and or attitude.
