Buick... enough said?) customer... rarely does the store lack what I am needing... it's organized fairly well, lines VERY RARELY hold me up for more than 3 minutes.. And the interactions with employees there are usually good ones. On 2 occasions I had to refrain from being pushed out of character due to employees acting like they are mechanics instead of salespeople...
