There was no enthusiasm from our counter person. TODAY my wife is driving to Lousiana with our daughter and 3 grandchildren. The A/C becomes lukewarm 3 hours into her journey. I asked her to find an auto parts store and purchase some refrigerant with a self installation nozzle. She first tried Walmart and they wanted $120 to help her. She then met GARY SUTTON at your Wilmington store and he consulted with her, advised her, and walked her through as she installed the freon. She is now out of Ohio and motoring to visit her family in a cool, calm environment. Thank You Gary Sutton and Auto Zone for going above and beyond! HAPPY WIFE - HAPPY LIFE!
