I wasn't sure how much time I had until that moment so I decided to visit the local Auto Zone before the battery died completely. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I told the clerk, that I needed a battery. He asked what type of car. Diego swiftly gave me my options and price points. I asked if he would be able to assist me putting the battery in (a true damsel in distress lol) he didn't hesitate to say yes. And he even tested the existing battery before replacing it to ensure it in fact did need replacing. He tested it twice to be sure. He was knowledgeable, polite/professional and quickly met my needs as a consumer. I appreciate the level of service that he provided! Thanks so much for helping me in my time of need and with a caring/concerned/personable/professional attitude. You did your job well! I will return to Auto Zone for any needs because of how you treated me as a customer.
