She stepped behind the computer and was completely distracted what could of been 3 minute check out was 7 minutes because she had her air pods in was not listening to me and busy on her cellphone. I gets it's 2025 and phones are important to people but step away from your phone while there are customers in the store and not have an attitude with the customer
