The manager (was not wearing nametag, CSR 16) was one of the most unsympathetic, monotone "customer service" associates I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We broke down on the side of the road, hours away from home, limped the vehicle to AutoZone hoping to get some help. He wanted nothing to do with offering any assistance, I asked if they had a Wells Tester and he had no clue what I was talking about, couldn't be bothered to find an answer for us. Had no idea what a volt meter was either. Wouldn't look us in the face, barely acknowledged us, it was clear he hates his job. How he's a manager is beyond me. We ended leaving without the help we needed. This is the first time AutoZone truly failed me, what happened to the friendly and knowledgeable managers? It's shameful. Hire better quality people.
