- NKNick Kennytoday1.0I was in need of a battery for my wife’s Cadillac. The minute I walked in the door the lady was extremely rude and an attitude like I was interrupting her day of doing nothing. I needed assistance changing out the battery (like autozone advertised) and her response was she didn’t have the time to do it, even though two other workers were there. Between her terrible attitude and laziness I will never return nor recommend anyone to go there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Wasted no time in getting a code reader to help me out and see the issue ! Helped me check out a few other things under the hood for coolant issue in the past, was very helpful and I truly appreciated the help ! Manger has a great employee working at this location! Thank you Alexander ! EDIT: Since I can’t make another review sadly , Kevin was amazing today! Had to stop in for a battery for my key since it was dying , helped me right away after finishing with other customers , I voiced a few concerns I had with the vehicle, he didn’t hesitate to come out and help me ! Truly appreciated it , truly the staff here is amazing and I hope the owner knows how well customers are taken care of here ! Thank you guys ! Thank you Kevin!
