Had to purchase some new ones from the refund, when I bring back the old ones. The cashier explained everything to me on how the exchange works. Sense it was a replacement purchase. That I was to receive a full refund on my return,with the old one. I get back to return the bad brakes and Mr.Jouil tells me that I not able to return for the full amount. Either get half for I can continue with the lifetime warranty. Or no warranty if I get the full price refunded to me. I'm understanding why it changes at this location store #1101. Many times I visit this store he is the one in conflict. This the closest store in my area. I don't want to detail with man at all. Some times I will leave if see him there.
