    These are some of the slowest laziest employees at any nearby AutoZone. The manager was in store I asked to have my battery checked since it had been a while that my car was left off. Didn’t try to charge it or anything just lazily said “ battery is no good” this is concerning that a manager has this work ethic and shows that AutoZone just throws positions at anyone. Took it to AutoZone on armitage they charged up my battery and said I was good to go. S/o armitage n kimball location!!!

    Somehow had my account with another person's name on it that wasn't even close to mine. How can you add an account in your system and not make a fix of it at the store? Then I call the store with no explanation of why I was on hold and no mention to how long I would be on for. So then I called the store again. Same thing. Called a third time. Someone spoke to me and then said to please hold. No time mentioned and sat again for awhile. Called a fourth time, then they sent me over to commercial for my issue. Went there and they told me I was sent there wrongly and should have gone to corporate. Finally went to corporate to get it fixed. I just don't see how a customer could see the email in another account and think for a second that maybe something is off with it. Terrible service over the phone.

    Needed a new battery Christina was the BEST!!! Very helpful! Explained everything about the different types of batteries. Christina installed my battery and helped me out!
