I called yesterday at 4pm on October 28th 2025 got put on hold no1 ever come back to me, I called back with the same results. So I called this morning at 11:30am to speak with the store manager just to told he's not available. So hopefully this reaches someone. Someone needs to address the poor salesman who are working and don't want to work or help anyone. I've been shopping there for years and usually no problem but must be under new management. I'll be shopping somewhere else now unfortunately until I hear about new management who take the job seriously. FYI you just lost out on a great costumer and about 500 dollars on one purchase for an alternator. Not to mention future purchases.

I’ve been a loyal AutoZone customer for over 10 years, but my experience at the Belmont location was completely unacceptable. The store manager, Liz was extremely rude, disrespectful, and had no interest in helping resolve a clear mistake on their end.
I paid for a wheel bearing at my local AutoZone and confirmed it was sent and paid for at the Belmont store. When my customer arrived to pick it up, they were told the part wasn’t paid for. When I tried to resolve and fix this situation which was clearly a mistake on their end, Liz immediately became hostile. Raising her voice, refusing to help, and even telling my customer that I was lying and didn’t have an AutoZone account. STAY AWAY FROM LIZ!
No customer should ever be treated this way, especially by a store manager. This was very unprofessional, unacceptable, and disgusting. This needs to be addressed by AutoZone corporate. No customer should ever tolerate that level of behavior and disrespect.

The gentleman who is the store manager here is phenomenal. I have been there several times and he has given me great customer service and has always went out of his way to help me. I have 3 other parts stores around me but coming here is my first choice because I know the store manager is always so helpful. Also, I had an Isuzu commercial diesel truck Autozone had pads and a caliper for - which it seems some stores don't have parts for this type of truck.

Normally AutoZone is my go to store, today the woman that was working there changed that. I have never encountered anyone with such a negative poor attitude in a customer service position. From the start when the other employee asked her to come out front and help at the counter she was rude and ran two customers in a row away with her attitude and lack of interest in doing anything other than hiding in the back of the store. I will never buy anything from this place ever again.

Melissa and Tim are AWESOME!!! I was having an absolutely horrible day, that was even made worse when I went out to my car and realized my battery was dead. I came to autozone, because I always get a good deal when I come there, and they went out of their way to check my battery and found out.I had one month left on the warranty!!! They turned my entire day around and it made me so happy.I can't even tell you. Thank you for outstanding service!! Tim even carried the battery out to the car for me!! I will definitely be back here before I go anywhere else
