When I moved back to Charleston Sc in April 2024 a few weeks later I went to the auto zone in Summerville about one mile away from where I lived to get a few things it came out to seventeen dollars and two cents I gave him 20. He ask me if I had two cents I told him no but I can go to the car and get, he say okay I went to the car brought two pennies back. At that time I said that I will never go back in that Auto Zone again, I say that I'll just over look it this time. Went back a few months later bought a battery, and a starter. On September 12 2025 my wife battery went in her car that morning I jump her car off Follower her to auto zone ask the salesman to come check my battery out he ask if it was still raining I told him no just drizzling a little he told me that it a bad idea to to check the battery at that time because it could caused damage to my car are shock someone, (Was I bone last night) it would have taken a whole week to full up a coffee cup if I sit it outside due to the rain. I WOULD NEVER GO IN THIS AUTO ZONE NO MORE IN LIFE, NOT ONLY THIS AUTO ZONE BUT ANY OTHER AUTO ZONE. I did went to Walmart and bought a battery for 196.34
