    Very Slow Service and Broken Self Checkout I had a really frustrating experience at AutoZone today. The customer service was extremely slow — I waited in line for over 15 minutes while only one employee helped a long line of customers. What made it worse is that the self-checkout machine wasn’t working, which could have saved everyone a lot of time. Several people, including me, tried to use it, but the screen isn’t working. It felt like the staff wasn’t prepared for the rush, and there didn’t seem to be much urgency to help customers quickly. I usually come here because it’s convenient, but after this visit, I’m not sure I will anymore. AutoZone really needs to improve their customer service speed and make sure their equipment actually works.

    Brittany was truly amazing!! I came in the other day for help with my battery and she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we came for !! Enjoyed the entire interaction!! Yall have an amazing worker on your hands! Thank you so much for the service

    Just had an interaction with Deshaune, the "manager". I was trying to get my battery changed. Unfortunately, I was unable to. I asked what's the best time to come, if I was looking to get the battery replaced... His reply was"when there's more people here". No need to further the conversation, he was obviously annoyed by the day, and since he's the highest ranking person in the building... I left and came over to Sam's, where my car will be ready in an hour, giving me ample time to write this review. I work in customer service, staffing issues are not an excuse anymore(no one has adequate staffing)... figure it out! The customers should never have to feel the chaos that's going on behind the scenes.
