Terrible customer service. I specifically asked for an exchange and not a refund. Instead of the salesperson listening. He just said enter your card for the refund. I clarified I didn’t want a refund but just an exchange for a smaller size sunshade. No apologies or anything. I won’t be returning to this location, I’m so glad Auto Zone made a second location with better employees.

Our minivan completely died on a family road trip, leaving us literally stuck in the middle of the road on a Sunday hundreds of miles from our destination for that night. Huge thanks to AutoZone for going the extra mile to get us up and running and connect us with a mechanic to replace our alternator. We were able to continue on our way through remote New Mexico and Utah without any issues. Could not be more appreciative!

I was the only person in there and asked to get my alternator tested and one of the 2 guys working there tells me were the only 2 here come back after 11. Literally the only customer. Ridiculous and a waste of my time.

Been having problems with my check engine light. Every time I try to get my trouble codes read, they always say, “5the scanner is not working.” Afterwords, I called the store to ask if the scanner is available and working. The girl I spoke with on the phone, rudely said, “if the engine light is on we can read the code” and then proceeded to hang up on me. However I still took my car in. A guy named Richard, did plug the scanner into my car, however he didn’t do it right. When he plugged the scanner into the the computer, no info for my car came up. All he said was “it didn’t pull any info” got me a print out, threw it on the counter in front of me, turned walked away and started BS’n with another guy I presume was an acquaintance of his. Like, thanks a lot for your help. Why do they have a poster on the window saying “free check engine light help.” I went straight down the street to O’rielly Auto Parts where I got my codes read, they very helpful and didn’t seem to mind helping me. Every time I visit Autozone’s, it feels like the employees are annoyed to assist you and try to push you out the door asap. If you don’t like your job then QUIT!!!!
