Verified this via the gate's manual/official part number of the board and Google Shopping (Entry and Exit Systems site for $391.50/Amazon for $369.95/Gate Crafters for $368.60). Refused to give me an itemized receipt because "I wasn't tax exempt," so they typed up a breakdown via email. When I was provided the new total it was $20.00 cheaper due to a "price error made on the service call amount." Pre-invoice, I had them leave me a sticker on my control box with their number on it in case I had issues going forward, but I peeled that off, promptly, when I got home. Don't use these people. I wish I would have listened to the other negative reviews here. It also feels like something shady is going on. Why provide me an invoice without prices, just a final amount? Also, why not provide me with an itemized receipt, once I requested one? Whoever owns this business should be checking the office staff out 100%. It could be the zombie apocalypse with my gate broken, and I'd rather be eaten than deal with these slime bags again.
