  They're honest people with what appears to be a Christian business model. I've met half hazard mechanics and I've met dishonest mechanics, but these guys are neither of those things. They know what they're doing and they're as honest as I can tell.

  While driving home to Oregon from a vacation, my sister in laws car broke down. These guys accommodated our entire family (one vehicle to transport my SIL and her kiddo and another vehicle to transport their belongings). They stayed open late, answered all of our questions and they even helped fix my brother in laws diesel leak that we noticed when he pulled into the parking lot (one of the rescue vehicles) They would not accept any money from him. Just nice guys all around. Thanks!

  I want to start off this review by saying that it takes a lot to build my trust. These guys build it. It was less then an hour before they closed and my car started having issues on the way home from vacation. They took me in, made my child and I comfortable and got to work at figuring out if our car was safe or not to drive. When my family came to rescue us, one of their mechanics fixed a deisel fuel leak in their car when they weren't even open or working anymore. They have been very good with communication and have kept me in the loop with every step of this whole process. They broken down car stuff into language I can understand and always made me feel like I was in charge of what and how my car was fixed. They only fixed what needed to be fixed and a didn't try to upsell me into anything. It's nice to be talked to instead of talked at. Overall they gave me a great value for what I paid for and am thankful I found these guys. I would recommend my friends and family to their shop. Even though they are almost 2 hours away from my home, I will most definitely plan on bringing my other vehicle to them. I recommend them VERY much!

  Guys at the front desk? Rockstars. Guys in the back? Not so much. The original issue I took my car in for is "fixed," but now I am spending more money and time fixing stuff they damaged and left unfinished. I get they have plenty of business, but didn't expect my car to be treated so poorly. Super disappointed.

  I've been using Auto tech services for about 3 or 4 years now and they've always done excellent. They work with us to make sure we know what things will cost, what must be done and what can be simply left for later. The service writers, Waylon, Brian, and Shane, whom I've dealt with, are sympathetic and honest and patient to explain well and truly try to hear what I need. Excellent services to the car by the mechanics and we've never had any problems only help that goes above and beyond.
