Went in for carbon cleaning and Amit made sure to check every other possible cause for my issue (engine pinging) before proceeding. He recommended to start smaller for diagnosis rather than jump to a pricey clean up. You can see that they genuinely care about the issue at stake and try to tackle it rather than just upsell and take your money. Great experience! Definitely recommend this shop and I will be back for all my cars if I need anything done!
