  These guys were great! I took my car to them after getting a horrible estimate from a shop down the street, (Tires Plus) and they got my car fixed for a 4th of the price I was originally estimated at the other place. Auto Select was very knowledgeable and kind to me when I got there and I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer. Plus they offer additional services like shuttle ride which really come in handy.

  Yesterday, my son and I had an unexpected issue with our vehicle not starting. Thankfully the team at Auto Select GB West was wiling and able to help us keep on with our plans for the day and took care of coordinating a tow and getting our vehicle running and back on the road within a few hours. The staff was phenomenal and turned what could have been an awful day of waiting around into just a little detour for our planned day. So thankful for all they did yo help us.

  Owner Josh Liesch has THE BEST customer service I've ever experienced. This happened today as I write this review, Wednesday August 13th 2025. I'm from Tyler Texas and my 2021 RAV4 sent an alert to my dashboard that a service was needed and to take it to my dealership. I immediately took my car to the local Toyota dealership in Green Bay and, even though I told them I was leaving for Tyler the next day they said that I needed to make an appointment and the soonest they could look at the car was next week. Plan B. I looked online for a local auto repair shop and saw that Auto Select West had the best reviews and lucky me it was two blocks from my hotel! Josh listened to my plight and quickly grabbed a code reader and said "Let's check it right now." He hooked the reader to the car, turned the car on and after reading the alert told me that there was nothing to worry about, it was safe to drive home and did I want him to erase the alert? I said yes and it took several tries but it would not go away. Here is where he impressed me and I cannot express my admiration enough for him. He took my car to another repair shop to have them erase the alert. Unfortunately they couldn't either because of the year it was made. I asked him how much I owed and he said "Nothing." I offered to buy his lunch but he wouldn't take it. He handed me a sheet of paper and said to hand it to my dealership and it had the problem on it that they needed to fix. His shop is loaded with GB Packers memorabilia and I was wearing my Dallas Cowboys shirt. Geez! He then asked me where I'd eaten while in Green Bay and suggested I try Kroll's for their butter burgers and cheese curds. I did and it was as delicious as he claimed. Everyone in Green Bay is friendly, my hotel is excellent and the cherry on top is that when I needed help Josh and Auto Select West were there to calm me down and ease my worries. I'll never forget this experience and will highly recommend everyone to visit Green Bay and to try Kroll's. And if you're car needs attention? Take it to Josh at Auto Select West. Thank you, Josh!
