  The staff at Auto Express Mazda are by far the best and most knowledgeable of any that I have encountered in my lifetime. These guys will do anything in their power to help you find the right vehicle at the price that you are comfortable with. I was pleasantly surprised at the relaxed atmosphere and class that these people exhibit. I actually had a blast with these guys in the two afternoons that I spent selecting and buying a beautiful CX9. How many dealerships would have the owner sitting in asking you if you were treated right? Sean stopped in while Chris the used car manager and Adam my sales associate were working with me to get me where I needed to be. I left there feeling like these guys were my friends! I absolutely highly recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car should check this dealership out! FIVE STARS *****

  I’ve had the absolute worst experience with this dealer. I bought my 2017 Jeep Cherokee, and it had noise. I was a little concerned about it, but they assured me everything was fine. It was just oversized tires. Not much longer after that, I found out that the rear differential was shot. This was all within one month of my purchase, so they helped me get a warranty to have the differential fixed. I didn’t have my vehicle for over a month and a half, but they did cover the rental for that time. Over a month later, it finally got fixed and replaced. Supposedly, not even a full year after getting the differential replaced, it failed again. I was given false information, being told that it wasn’t under warranty, which I later found out it was a covered item under warranty. However, I was told that since I had a shop with ASE-certified technicians work on it, it voids the warranty (the service manager told me but the state trooper I talked to says he’s full of it). Needless to say, after this being the second time they screwed me on a vehicle, I have spoken to both a lawyer and a state trooper. If you’ve had a similar experience, I would encourage you to do the same because they have been very helpful, and thanks to this, I’m going to get a resolution.
