  This is hands down the best area rug repair & cleaning in Austin. The team here is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind! I have been a customer of theirs for 15 years now and would highly recommend their services to fellow design professionals and homeowners alike. I promise it’s worth the drive from central and west Austin.

  Austonian was great to work with when I needed new pads for my rugs! The pads are awesome, very solid quality. Everyone I spoke with at Austonian was professional and friendly, I highly recommend them!

  The owner, Mike, is awesome, as is his entire staff. I purchased a rug in Baghdad and it was damaged during shipping in a couple of tricky places. He went above and beyond to get the rug back to its original state, and more importantly, he identified a couple of points to look out for, even recommending a different way to roll/move the rug. We highly recommend Mike and his team; it's clear they know what they are doing, and they do it exceptionally well.

  I found the Austonian at the recommendation of my long time upholsterer when my granddaughter's new jeans rubbed off on my expensive chair. They saved the chair and I was thrilled. I began to take my favorite rugs to them for cleaning and think they are wonderful!! I highly recommend them!!
