Because of covid they have a basket in the entry way (before you enter the office) with a wire basket that has everyone’s financial information in! They tell you to drop your information and the papers you need for them to file your taxes without seeing you in person. Literally just sitting there is stacks of people’s personal information and nobody guarding them or keeping eye on the basket! The basket isn’t even in eye view! I can’t believe it. This will be my last time ever doing my taxes with this place. I understand covid precautions but this could have been done another way, with maybe the wire basket being put inside of the office with eyes on it at all times. It’s just shocking!
