- MEMichelle Earl4 days ago4.0I appreciate the company's attention to detail (text reminders, promptness in arrival, etc.). Both gentlemen were personable and got right to work. I was a little surprised by the pricing being on the high side. A little post-repair research into the replacement of a Moen shower cartridge led me to information that the price was within the average range for the type of service performed, albeit on the high end but still in range. My only suggestion may be to clean up a little better after work is performed, but overall they were professional, explained the work well and were prompt.

I found Austin's Plumbing. Made a quick call and they were so kind to talk with. They had another appointment and then they came right over. I actually talked to a person. Austin came over, and assessed the plumbing problem. He had all of the items he needed. He got to work right away. He was a very kind man, and such a blessing to us. I was still shocked that he came to Kingsport, TN, when others didn't. He went above and beyond. Thank you, and I hope you have a blessed weekend.
