  Austin was able to have Don come the very next morning to inspect our water heater and replace it within a few hours. Don’s recommendations were great and he took care of the install and removal. I highly recommend team Austin and Don. They will take great care of you!

  There was a lot to do in my older house after we moved in. The necessary work to fix everything bothered me at first. Don was good about answering my questions about the equipment and costs. I appreciated this . And the work they did to install a well running quality system made our house much better. After they finished they explained everything again and labeled the various valves to switch off if a problem occurred. They did good work and gave us long term dependable products .

  Very professional with booking and arriving on time. I had some water ponding around a basement drain and thought the drain was clogged but it was the sump pump. Austin Plumbing quoted $1135 to replace a sump pump that costs between $100-$200 to buy off the shelf and plugs into an outlet. The pricing was a sticker shock and needless to say I did not use them. The technician/plumber came out for the service call and identified the issue. I paid the service call fee. I did call another company to come look at the sump pump and come to find out the sump pump didn’t need to be replaced. The ball float was just tangled up causing the sump pump not to work. The technician from Austin Plumbing should have checked that while he was onsite and this should have been part of the diagnostic before quoting a full replacement onsite.

  Always get quotes from multiple providers. We have a 70's ranch w/well and pressure tank. We noticed a slow drip at the T-fitting on the galvanized lateral pipe into our house. My wife met Austin's sales guy (said he was a plumber) and he explained that galvanized pipes are troublesome and we'd need to install a new lateral by excavating our front sidewalk. He then pushed on the pressure tank and told her it was heavy, which meant it was failing and would need replacing. All in, he gave us a written quote over $10,000 to fix this slow drip! We then called another local plumbing company and they sent a service tech the next day. I explained what we were told and he said he had high confidence that he could replace the fitting and if the pipe crumbled he had other ways to address it. He worked for about an hour and half a and repaired the issue! He tested the pressure tank and found it to be fully functional. $500 is what he charged, saving us more than $10k.

  New day-new installation-Michael removed my old fan/light combo over my dinette & put together & installed a new fan/light fixture with remote. Michael showed me how to access the caged bulbs for any future replacements, removed the old fixture & even helped move my furniture back in place. As always, pleasant, professional & efficient service!
