  I’ve always trusted State Farm, starting way back, when all I needed was basic single-vehicle coverage, until now, when I require policies for multiple vehicles (incl. a golf cart!), a home & personal liability. Over the years, I’ve price-shopped, but I always stuck with State Farm, partly because I valued the personal service I received from my long-time agent. When he passed away, his accounts were transferred to Austin Grusy’s office, and I once again compared prices and considered switching companies. But the service I’ve received through the new office has honestly been even better than before, especially from Ashley, who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’m not sure how it all shakes out if you’re looking for the best deal on basic coverage, but if you’re like me, with teen drivers (& a golf cart!), area fires that have destroyed entire neighborhoods, and all the personal liability that comes with those things, the “insurance” you need most of all is a top-notch agent like Ashley or Austin, who will not only help manage it all - but will ensure you get the multi-policy discount that more than pays for their white-glove service!

  So far, so good. I just switched over to State Farm. I got better coverage, a better price, and very friendly and helpful service. It was a smooth pleasant transition in car insurance. Jasmine went above and beyond and her enthusiasm was refreshing.

  The team was extremely helpful and provided great guidance to insure my new car. The whole process took less than 3 minutes on the phone and I had my new insurance cards in my inbox less than 5 minutes after finishing the call! Huge thanks to Ashley and the team for making it so easy!
