  Ryan and team made getting our new hardwood floors installed easy and efficient. The crew showed up on-time, did great work and were very polite. Quoting, scheduling and payment were also very easy, I will recommend Ryan and Austin Fine Floors to anyone looking to install new flooring!

  When my wife and I bought our home in Circle C ten years ago the one thing we wanted to do before moving in was to replace the cheap-looking carpet installed throughout the second floor. But, the timing didn’t work out and we had to move in right away. Fast forward a decade later and it was time to pull the trigger on replacing all the second floor carpet with wood flooring. But where to go and what to select? We looked high and low, from big boxes to smaller niche flooring stores for what seemed like was ages until one day we noticed a flooring store in our own neighborhood, Austin Fine Floors in Arbor Trails shopping center. Just what we were looking for: a great selection of quality flooring choices and, after doing more research, a track record of professional installation. Our entire second floor is now maple wood flooring made by Mirage—absolutely beautiful! I’m a detail person and even the baseboard installation/ painting is beautiful—expertly done! It’s like a new house now. A smooth process, professionalism, reasonable pricing and quality everything—we are happy campers!

  Ryan at Austin Fine Floors was the best part of my remodel! If you have endured any type of remodel, then you know how stressful it can be.....late and no-show workers, missed deadlines, blown budgets, contractors that break more than they fix.... I had ZERO issues with any of the people at AFF. They showed up when they said they would. They worked late when they needed to. They were hard working, friendly, and polite. AND, they cleaned up after themselves. My new rock wall and hearth is the favorite part of my remodel.

  Great customer service. I Needed some carpet that could only be sold through a few vendors here in Austin. I Already had the measurements so no one would need to come out for that. Emailed me a quote within a couple of days without having to step foot in the store.

  Just terrible service. Had them out to quote me in October of 2016. Still waiting. I continue to call and ask and I get the I'll call you back. Still waiting. Do NOT do business with these folks. Tired of it!
