  We had a new roof installed by Austad, they did a great job. The crew was very mindful of protecting our landscaping and house during the process and cleaned up well after the job was completed. And yes, the roof looks great. I should note, the class 4 shingles they recommended lowered my home owner's insurance cost by $900 p/year.

  I worked with Steve Leach. He was very attentive listening to our concerns and offered what I thought was a reasonable price. The crew was right on time hard-working went from seven in the morning until it got dark the first day and wrapped up the second day after they meticulously clean the yard and the driveway and put up with some rain right after they were done. The roof worked great!! They even took pictures of where our outdoor furniture before it needed to be moved so they could put it back in the same place.

  My company, Dayco General, Inc., did some brick repairs at the Cathedral of St. Paul. We ended up working side by side with Dave Austand's roofing company. They were friendly, helpful and very punctual in getting back to restore various sections of roofing membrane that we had to pull back. We had a great experience with them!

  I had Austad Construction replace my damaged roof in 2008 and I have to say that it is the nicest roof in the neighborhood! They were able to finish my roof in one day. They protected my plants from damage and they cleaned up afterwards. When my insurance company asked the tough questions, Austad Construction worked with them to resolve any issues.
