- JJJayApr 3, 20255.0Taysha with the South Fargo office is very friendly, upbeat, and professional. She was very thorough during my move-in inspection, and even initiated work orders on my behalf! There was a mishap with my unit and mail keys, but she was very quick to get me situated within a business day. Additionally, James was fantastic answering any questions I had and touring the buildings with me. Smart, young, upbeat and friendly professional leasing agent as well! The service at the South Fargo office is a night and day difference compared to the West Fargo office. Staff are friendly and attentive and actually care about the residents, which is refreshing. Additionally, the property seems rather well in terms of upkeep, which I also appreciate. South Fargo is setting the standards for Campbell Properties, and all offices should follow suit.
