  Dr. Ring and her staff are the very best. She made sure I got the best hearing aids as a musician and let me try all the brands to see which one I was happiest with. I am amazed at the level of customer service she gave. She went above and beyond what any other audiologist had offered me. She is fun, kind and very caring with her patients. I couldn't recommend her more!! She deserves even more stars than are here!!

  Dr. Traci Ring is by far kindest most good natured! Human being meet in Years! I have Been fighting with social security and the VA for a life time about my hearing problems! Despite a two hour drive to get there and Avery long time test. I would with question recommend her and her emplors office. She is the first Audiologist who not sent me home with ear drops and told me not to come back until I had got the wax in my ears removed before testing me. It was a struggle to complete the testing for both of us! But her encouragement and patience! We were both able to get it done. I can't find enough words to express my gratitude to her and the office workers there help me not find their office but played phone tag with me.   I want to give a big thank you comment to Dr Ring who tried her best to fit my needs for my hearing aids however it didn’t arrived on time by the time I get there for my appointment but she called me minutes later then immediately was able to assistance me . I’m thankful to have her to be there and satisfied my needs for my hearing . Thank you so much !
